This job was posted by : For more information, please see: SUMMARY: The Meter Reader position is responsible for accurately reading and transcribing information from metered propane gas systems throughout multiple PepUp districts. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Read and record customer propane meters to help determine usage, using a handheld computer or another collection device. - Complete assigned routes and work orders on the assigned date. - Wear all assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and request replacements when necessary. - Follows safety, quality, and operational procedures. - Identifies hazards or unsafe conditions at meter sites and reports accordingly. - Show courtesy and professionalism when dealing with customers and other employees. - Performs other duties as assigned.
