NOW HIRING – SERVERS & HOSTS/HOSTESSES

16th Street Ice House | San Antonio, TX

We are excited to build an outstanding team for our brand-new restaurant and entertainment concept!

16th Street Ice House is a modern, energetic restaurant and bar featuring great food, drinks, sports, live entertainment, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

We are looking for friendly, energetic, professional, and motivated Servers and Hosts/Hostesses who are passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

SERVER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized tables and dining areas.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff.
• Handle guest payments and POS transactions.
• Recommend menu items, beverages, and specials.
• Create memorable dining experiences for every guest.

HOST/HOSTESS RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Manage seating arrangements and waitlists.
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with servers to maintain efficient seating.
• Keep the entrance and host station clean and organized.
• Ensure every guest receives an excellent first impression.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must meet applicable age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
